There are many gigantic problems in the globe. Civil war in Syria causes displacement of people and many deaths or fatal suffers of innocent people in big cities, like Aleppo. Global warming is getting worse and set new warmest month in history this July 2016. The fact that we might facing antibiotic apocalypse when doctors can no longer save you from getting an infection. And… much more.
As a small citizen of the world, how can I help fix or ease those problems? It does seem like a job of big international entities or groups of genius scientists coming up with new amazing breakthroughs, right?
Well, there actually are many big international entities and groups of geniuses who fight against those problems. For example, World Food Programme feeds affected people in Syria conflicts.
December 2016 will be the first month that I will make a small donation to an organization that I think matters the most. And it will continue in a monthly basis proportionally to my salary.
I write this post to encourage you, inspire you, if you may, to help resolving problems that bother you the most globally or locally in any forms. It can be a small donation like I will be doing to any local orphanage, volunteering in some programs close to you or simply spreading the words of how misuse of antibiotic drugs.
It cannot be a job for one powerful person, but for a big group of people acting together to conquer problems that we are facing today or in the future.
